How does the ordering process work?

2. Shipping to us
You will automatically receive the address for shipping after placing the order (to our company headquarters in Munich)
3. Return shipment after only a few days
We manufacture the lenses specially & individually for your glasses. After completion, we will send your glasses back to you fully insured via DHL.
Processing time: Approx. 8-14 working days after receipt of the glasses.
With individual prescription: This is also possible +100€ surcharge.
