How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
We are so convinced of our special spectacle lenses that we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee (starting with the order of the glasses).
Test the glasses extensively in your familiar environment. People with a red-green deficiency react differently to our technology. If you are not satisfied with the glasses, we will of course take them back and refund the full purchase price.
Tip: Only small improvements in color perception (with red-green color deficiency) should be considered positive. If you continue to wear the glasses, you can train your color perception. Our test subjects reported the best results after 3-4 months.
How does the return process work?
The return process is simple & straightforward for you. When ordering our glasses for colorblindness, there is no risk for you.
- The 30-day return period starts on the order date (day 1) of the glasses by Colordrop.
1. Send us an email at kontakt@colordrop.de with a brief explanation of why you want to return the glasses. For the purposes of further research & development of the glasses, we need this data and experience. You can also use our contact form.
2. The glasses must have been returned to us by the 30th day.
3. As soon as we have received your package, we will refund the full purchase price to you. (Via the payment method you used, this may take up to 7 working days)
An example:
You ordered the glasses on October 7th. You initiate a return and the glasses arrive at our office on October 25th. That would be 19 days.

Independently of this, you have the following right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Colordrop / Technologie R+S UG, Münchner Freiheit 2 80802 München, Email: kontakt@colordrop.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Glasses with individual prescription strength are excluded from returns.
